Brought to you by Kona Swim Lessons & Step Into Swim Foundation
Thanks to a generous grant from the Step Into Swim Foundation, we’re offering up to 50% off swim lessons to help local children become confident, capable swimmers. Our goal is simple: create access to life-saving swim skills—regardless of financial situation.
*Must be a Big Island Resident to apply for a scholarship.
*If awarded scholarship, student must register for a group class within thirty days of receiving award.
*See application for all other details. Child must be registered in our database and follow all guidelines and rules of Kona Swim Lessons.
✨ Who’s Eligible
Children ages 6 months to 14 years
Families who would benefit from financial support
Swimmers who are ready to attend weekly group classes.
Private lessons are exempt, scholarships are only valid for group classes.
New Clients Only, however if you wish to apply and a discount is available please mention that is what would be helpful to continue lessons.

We’ll review and notify recipients within 5 business days
Once accepted, you’ll receive a scholarship code to enroll up to 50% off (some admin fees and taxes will apply, must have a valid debit/credit card on file.)
You must provide a valid email address for communiation.

Only 25 children will be accepted into the program for 2025. Apply early to reserve your child’s space.
